Lorenzo Ferguson

As the Co-Principal, Lorenzo oversees investor relatoins and business development for the firm. Lorenzo shines the most in Servicing Harborstone’s investor community. Prior to real estate, Lorenzo established himself as an entrepreneur in the Gastronomy Sector, building a multi-million dollar establishment. He then founded a Property Disposal Management company servicing Real Estate Professionals, which led to the creation of his Real Estate Professional Services business, KDL Properties, in Jacksonville, FL. Lorenzo graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Alabama. He is also an accredited Estate Agent and Property Management Professional for the State of Florida.
